About Myself

Kristy graduated from the Downeast School of Massage (a COMTA accredited school) and has been a state of Maine Licensed Massage therapist since 1999, she graduated from the New England School of Clinical Hypnotherapy (Licensed with the Department of education since 1996) in 2011.  Kristy became certified in Orthopedic medical massage August 2000 in Syracuse N.Y. with instructor James E. Waslaski. Her studies have consisted of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, massage techniques and hypnotherapy with concentration on the body-mind connection.  Kristy recently became certified in Reiki as well. 

Kristy works with individuals in a caring peaceful environment gives every person the attention and time they deserve, a session with Kristy is custom tailored for your health and well being.
